• Fundamentals of ISO 27001:
  • Understand the basic principles and structure of the ISO 27001 standard.
• Risk assessment and treatment:
  • Learn how to identify, assess and prioritise information security risks.
• Documentation requirements and Statement of Applicability (SoA):
  • Learn what documentation is required by ISO 27001 and how to create and manage it. Understand the importance of the Statement of Applicability (SoA) and how to compile and maintain it.
• Management measures:
  • Get an understanding of the various management measures.

This course is for anyone who plays a role in information security at your organisation and wants to learn more about the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001. Glenn has a strong background with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, specializing in Infrastructure and Network Management, and a Postgraduate degree in IT Management. His professional experience includes, for example, implementing ISO 27001 at Be-Mobile and assisting companies such as Proximus in implementing ISO 27001 and NIS legislation. This combination of education and practical experience allows Glenn to provide in-depth and applicable knowledge during his training sessions."
