As Service Delivery Support, you will help implement NBN's strategy. To do this, you will have many responsibilities:
- You will meticulously follow up on all requests from our customers who have an NBN subscription. For example, purchasing new standards documents and preparing them in the online standards platform. You will also carry out the necessary quality checks.
- You will be responsible for following up on several standards collections.
- You will have contact with several standards publishers (including the NBN itself) so you can quickly provide the correct documents to our customers.
- At every stage in the process, you will maintain good contact with customers by communicating clearly, transparently and proactively.
- You support the sales team: you give demos and think commercially about the best solution for the customer.
