Set the standards for European Services Provision: attend the NBN Services Measurement Expert Session
The services sector is responsible for nearly 70% of the Belgian GDP. Yet, there are very few official standards in place that govern this important area of our economy. In absence of a general framework, many organizations have felt compelled to create their own sets of rules. In order to level the playing field, unified European standards for the provision of services are being established.
Why a European standard?
This European standard will simplify the access to the European Single Market. It helps your sector to reduce conflicts related to performance issues, increase transparency and productivity, and improve confidence in business relations.
