What courses do we offer?

There are 3 trainings scheduled in early May [New dates online 2025]:

• ISO 45001 training on occupational health and safety starts May 3, 2023.
• ISO 9001 training on quality management will begin May 4, 2023.
• The ISO 14001 training on environmental management starts May 5, 2023.
  
  

Why take ISO management system training?

• You deepen your knowledge of the management standard.
• You learn to implement the standard.
• You will discover how to conduct internal audits.
• You complete an assignment specific to your organisation, thereby putting your knowledge into practice straight away.
• You get to spend an hour asking all your questions to an experienced coach during a one-on-one coaching moment.

The training consists of four parts:

‍

1. E-learning

Participants take the same basic e-learning course at their own pace first, so that everyone can start the classroom sessions at the same level.

In addition, you get one year of e-learning access.

2. Applying the standard

During a classroom-based session, you learn to interpret and apply the requirements of the standard within your own professional context, in your own industry. The lecturers are experts in the field and participate in standards development themselves.

3. Internal audit

During an interactive session, you learn how to execute an audit plan. Role-playing allows participants to learn from each other, and the expert trainer provides feedback on these interactions.

‍

4. Coaching, exam, presentation

The theory is translated into practice through an assignment.

The instructor coaches you on any problems you encounter while completing the assignment.

‍

Finally, there’s an exam, a final test, a presentation and a debate. Those who pass receive the Certified Master diploma.

‍

Bonus: during the presentation and debate, you learn from each other and from your trainer. You also have the opportunity to significantly expand your professional network.

Afterwards, you keep your knowledge up-to-date with a ‘memo trainer’. This allows you to keep testing yourself weekly, using three quiz questions.
